As buyers representatives, we provide a range of services to our buyers. Our commitment is to supply the goods to you at competitive prices. In turn, we charge you a commission to compensate us for our services. The commission is negotiable depending on the volume. Our service ensures that your concentration is directed to your business and not towards sourcing. The idea is that you do the marketing and we will do your sourcing.  Our services can be broadly classified as follows: Services Sourcing: We understand that it takes time to source a product. The buyer has to leave his/her business and fly down to Indonesia to source the product. Even this approach does not guarantee that the buyer will be able to source the product at the target price. Further, the buyer may not be able to source the required quality. We make the whole process easier by being your representatives. Just send us an e-mail or a fax mentioning the product and the quality required along with a target price. For the products mentioned in our products section, we should be able to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. Other products may take a little longer, however, considering that we are located in Indonesia, it would still be easier for us to source the product.    Sampling: Our service includes arranging for samples and dispatching the samples to you for approval. Every effort is put in to ensure that the sample conforms to the quality required.   Order Placement: Upon receipt of your order after approval of the sample and the price, we will send you a pro-forma invoice indicating an approximate date of delivery, terms of payment etc.   Follow-up & Inspection during production: While the order is being processed by the factory, we will regularly follow-up with the factory to ensure that the goods are shipped out on time. Our continuous monitoring also includes looking into the quality of the goods being produced by inspecting the products during various stages of production to ensure that the product conforms to the approved sample.   Post Production Inspection: Post production inspection ensures that only goods that meet the approved quality are loaded into the container for shipment. Over the years, we have developed procedures for post production inspection that enable us to conduct a thorough inspection.    Container Stuffing & Loading: Our staff are always at the factory while the container is being stuffed and loaded to ensure that only goods that passed post production inspection are loaded into the container.   Co-ordination of Payment: Upon conclusion of the shipment, we will co-ordinate the payment on your behalf depending on the terms of payment. In most cases, we finance the transaction. This implies that we will pay the factory upon shipment, prepare the documents and send them to you Bank. Subsequently, you can pay us based on Cash Against Documents. As is evident, this saves a lot for all concerned in terms of transaction costs.
