Our manufacturing unit strongly emphasises Solid Parquet
& Decking
from Merbau. Additionally, we manufacture Solid Parquet & Decking from
Teak.
The sawn timber is sourced primarily from East Indonesia. It is graded and
put in the Kiln to dry to exacting specifications. After drying, the Sawn Timber
is planed to reveal hidden defects and it is graded again. Subsequently, it is cut
to the size required and put through the moulder.
After moulding, the finished product is subject to stringent quality
control to ensure that the finished product conforms to our grading
rules. The Solid Parquet is then packed in boxes and palletised for convenient
loading and unloading from the container. Due to weight restrictions, the Solid
Parquet is only shipped in 20 foot containers. |
